In World 1-1, Naya discusses the concept she developed called "The Superhero Self."  Drawing on an age-old tradition of dressing up as gods and heroes, she pulls these concepts into the 21st century by drawing parallels to comic, movie, and book heroes.  She talks about aspecting and the usefulness of it, and gives some exercises to help the seeker discover the superhero within.

As a sidenote, doesn't -3K look sexy as hell? When I first met him at the hacker convention where we met, I sort of imagined he was a bit like this on the inside (After all, he was bit like this on the outside.  You should see some of his wonderful coats and that delightful prescription monocle he wears.)  Of all the men there to whom I spoke, -3K stood out - he had a style, an aura of brilliance, a confidence which drew me immediately. He said the same thing of me.  Perhaps it's that inner superhero spilling over into the outer world?
